Brand Lift Agency provides custom digital services. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the agreement connected to the work.

Deposits

Deposits are generally non-refundable once discovery, strategy, design, development, SEO, or campaign work has started.

Payments for completed milestones, approved work, consultation time, monthly marketing services, or delivered assets are not refundable.
